My laptop hinge is very loose

Hi

What can I do with my surface pro laptop that the hinge is very loose. I had this laptop for 3 years. Would expect the hinges to last at least 5 years. Considering the amount of money paid for this laptop.

My HP laptop I had for the same period of time and there had been no issues.

Please advise what can be done regarding this.
