By browsing Internet forums, I have found the solution : just connect a mouse on the USB Surface connector and click Cancel.
Surface Pro 4 blocked by TPM Change after re-initialization
I have removed all personal information from a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 thanks to Windows 10 built-in software. The screen is now locked up. The display says:
TPM change - A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module) ... and buttons "OK" and "Cancel" are inoperating.
I have tried with unsuccess :
- to reset the Surface (Power ON for 30 seconds, followed by Power ON & Volume-up for 15 seconds)
- to boot from a USB bootable stick with Windows 10 installation kit
Microsoft Support France propose only a paid replacement of the Surface (half the price of a new one !).
Does anybody have a trick to fix this problem ?
Thanks

Surface. The machine ignored all inputs made through the keyboard (whether F12
or the keyboard Volume up key). But the physical button worked.
