My print cannot be done to my OKI MC363 after the last Windows10 update on my SurfaceX

For some reason, after the last Windows update on my Surface X does not output to my OKI MC363 printer. The print queue reports error and stays in queue.

Please help

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community.

    Please try these steps to troubleshoot the issue on your Surface Pro X and printer:

    1: Restart print spooler

    Press Windows key + R

    Type services.msc then click OK

    Scroll down and double-click Print Spooler

    Make sure Startup type is set to Automatic

    Click on Stop > OK

    Right-click Print Spooler again then select Start

    Restart your Surface then try again

    2: Update driver

    Open Device Manager, expand Printers

    Right-click on the printer driver then select Update driver

    Choose Search automatically for updated driver software

    Restart your Surface then try printing again
