    Hello Xedd Martin Suerte,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Are you referring specifically to the UEFI password for the Surface Pro 7 in this thread?

The primary role of UEFI passwords is for businesses and IT professionals to limit the types of changes employees can make to devices. If you are a member of an enterprise, contact your IT administrator if you have any questions or questions about UEFI passwords.

But if you're not part of the enterprise and have created your own UEFI password before, unfortunately we can't retrieve it.

How to use Surface UEFI - Microsoft Support

But maybe we didn't understand your question correctly? Could you please provide us with some screenshot information so that we can confirm what password you need?

    Best Regards,

Mitchell | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
