I need help with my surface pro 9, stuck on windows logo.
I have a surface pro 9 it is stuck on the windows logo, it appears immediately after pressing the power button. I have tried EVERYTHING, hold power+volume button every configuration possible, draining the battery, it will not boot from USB with surface repair image, changed the NVME, nothing happens but the windows logo. Anything else i can do?

I bought this from a friend of mine. At first it would boot up and show the Bit-locker encryption, with red bar, i was in the process of reinstalling windows when this started. I did disable secure boot when this happened.
