Your contribution to the Microsoft Community is highly appreciated. To activate the GPS/GLONASS functionality on your Surface Go 3, you can follow these instructions:
- Make sure that your Surface Go 3 has a clear view of the sky, as GPS/GLONASS signals are received from satellites.
- Open the Settings app on your Surface Go 3.
- Click on "Privacy" and then click on "Location".
- Make sure that the "Location for this device" toggle switch is turned on.
- Scroll down to the "Choose apps that can use your precise location" section and make sure that the ESRI ArcGIS Collector app is listed and turned on.
- If the ESRI ArcGIS Collector app is not listed, you can click on "Add an app" and select it from the list.
- Once you have enabled location services for the ESRI ArcGIS Collector app, you should be able to use the GPS/GLONASS feature within the app.
If you are still experiencing issues with the GPS/GLONASS feature, you may want to check for any updates to the app orcontact ESRI support for further assistance.
