Out of Warranty Repair request

My Surface Book has failed. This is the third one. Each time I have had to pay over £500 for a replacement. The replacements only last 14 months. Now I want to get a repair but the Microsoft website won't allow me to proceed. It says it's out of warranty and won't allow me to proceed. How can I submit a repair request and pay YET AGAIN?

With your query on submitting a repair request, please contact our live Microsoft support team for further assistance on replacement process. Since here in community forums, we don't have the right tools and resources to be of help. Below are the steps on how to contact them:

    1. Go to Contact Us- Contact Us - Microsoft Support.
    2. Choose how you would like to get support for your Surface device.
    3. Type in the problem you need help with.
    4. Look at any available solutions offered and select Contact Support.

If the above steps did not work, you can also check on Barb's step by step instructions on how to contact support How to get Phone and Chat Support (for Surface Home/Consumer - Microsoft Community.
