Surface Laptop 3: Intel(R) Wifi 6 AX201 160MHz won't start

I recently updated my surface laptop 3 to windows 11 and the network adapter is again experiencing errors (it was having a ton of issues before with windows 10, and I had to ask a question here before, but those tricks no longer help since it's now windows 11). I also checked out other threads about similar issues, but pressing down the power button for 20 seconds does not help at all. I've tried to uninstalled the driver, nothing. Please help - this is so frustrating as my surface laptop is my work pc.

Some people have been helped by Surface Laptop 3: Intel(R) Wifi 6 AX201 160MHz can't - Microsoft Community

(You indicate this didn't help but try it one more time.)

Another temporary fix that has helped some:

Try going into the UEFI and disabling the WiFi and Bluetooth. Wait 30 second, then re-enable and restart.

    1. Shut down your Surface.
    2. Press and hold the volume-up button on your Surface and at the same time, press and release the power button.
    3. When you see the Surface logo, release the volume-up button.
The UEFI menu will display within a few seconds.
