Wobble in Surface Pro 6 kickstand

Hey,

Its just been 15 days that I bought Surface Pro 6. My kickstand is wobbling with some degrees. It's been highly disappointing that a device so costly show such kind of problem within 15 days of usage.

Please help me out with the problem.

    Hello,

    Regarding this issue if the kickstand is wobble, most likely caused by the "hardware issue of the kickstand". Most likely the screw is loosen need to be tighten.

    We need to ask some questions.

    • May we know how you used normally the Surface device?
    • Where did you purchased the Surface device?
    • Have you gone to the store where you purchased the device and inquire if you can get a replacement?
    • If you can not get any replacement to the store where you purchased the item, you may contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
    • May we ask if you accidentally drop the device, is the device have dents or crack screen on it?
    • Can you send a photos on the wobble kickstand?

    Use my Surface Pro as Laptop mode over the table with type cover attached.

    • Where did you purchase the Surface device?

    I bought it online from "Notebooksbilliger.de"

    • Have you gone to the store where you purchased the device and inquire if you can get a replacement?

    No, as I purchased it online.

    • May we ask if you accidentally drop the device, is the device have dents or crack screen on it?

    No, there has been no accidental drop. The screen has no cracks.
