Surface Diagnostic ToolKit for Business

Hello,

We are wanting to use the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit for Business to create a custom package that only gathers the NVME Health Detail so we can try and monitor for some media error counts we are seeing. We have created the custom package and the json file, but we cannot find any documentation for how to run the file and get the data via the CMD line or PowerShell. Does anyone have any documentation on this tool? We would like to gather the data remotely and not have the users run the tool.

Data we are trying to get

<MediaErrors>2572</MediaErrors> <ErrorInfoLogEntryCount>8559</ErrorInfoLogEntryCount>
