Hi there,

I saw a similar thread with a guy having the same issue as me, although slightly different battery performance issues. This is a screenshot of my battery report as advised by the previous thread I've seen

" https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/forum/surfacebook-surfver_surfbook1-surftop_battery/surface-book-battery-1-0-and-not-charging-any-new/1d939618-468f-44b1-bc98-2eea95265b68"

Could someone help me out? :D

Regards,

Steven

We suggest the methods below to troubleshoot the issue:

    • Run the System File Checker.
    • Refresh the battery driver. Go to device manager > locate Battery driver > right-click the driver and click uninstall > make sure to uncheck the tick box to delete the driver.
    • Install the drivers package. Check the specific OS build of your Windows SettingsSystemAboutDownload the driver and firmware for Surface, choose Surface Book and click download on the next page. Please choose the .msi file that matches your current OS Build and click Next. After the download, runand installthe .msi then Restart the Surface Device.
