As for your inquiry between the differences, the Surface for Business devices have a different policy when it comes to service/warranty. Surface Book 3 for consumers comes with Windows 10 Home. For additional enterprise management and security tools for the workplace, you can switch to Windows 10 Pro or purchase Surface Book 3 for Business since it has Windows 10 Pro.
Surface Book 3 15" for Business has the following graphics:
- NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 Ti with Max-Q Design w/6GB GDDR6 graphics memory (on Intel® i7-1065G7 models)
- NVIDIA® Quadro RTX™ 3000 with Max-Q Design w/6GB GDDR6 graphics memory (on Intel® i7-1065G7 models)
