Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 IR camera not working
Hi,
My 'Hello Face' has stopped working. When it didn't recognise me I went into the 'Improve Recognition' feature but it could not capture my image. The message telling me to centre the image was flashing on and off all the time. I restarted, but 'Hello Face' still was not working, but this time the sign-in option said 'we couldn't find a camera compatible with Hello Face'. I noticed that the IR light was off, so I tried to update the driver, but was told the latest driver was installed and that the device was working properly. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the IR camera, but still nothing. Windows is up to date. What can I do to turn the IR camera on and use Hello Face again?
