Hi there

After fixing the problem with my surface pro3 not starting up (someone on here helped me out A LOT) I now see a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark on my c (windows) drive it looks like this.

I have never seen this before but since I went back from win 10 to 8.1 this is there, it's not causing any problems that I can see but it is annoying, does anyone know how to get rid of it please.

I have looked into this but I cannot alter it in any way. The bitlocker will not turn on at all. The only message I get is this one.

if you are in the US, go to the closest physical retail Microsoft Store and they

    will assist.

you probably need to clear the TPM

from the downloadable recovery image again.
