    Hello FaXalRehman

Welcome to the community and thank you for your question. We understand that you are considering purchasing a Micro SD card for gaming purposes, correct? We would like to provide the information that you need.

Could you give us more details so we have a better idea?

What are the games that you plan to install? If you want to install games from Windows Store, it is not possible to install them in a Micro SD card.

    Let us know what's happening.

    Regards,

    Clare

I wouldn't, but you can. Micro SD speeds max out at about 5-10mb a second. Installing a game would be terrible. You can move your libraries (like documents, pictures, videos) to the SD and the SD card is GREAT for that. But I would run ALL software off of the internal SSD and keep all data on the MicroSD.

    Hello Clare,

The thing is I play games like Assasin Creed , NFS mostwanted 2 , Gta 4 , COD black ops 2. and you know that these games required high amount of storage.  I am not asking to install a game on SD card. i am asking that I will install a game on my windows C drive and aftef that I will copy it to SD card and delete it from C .this will help me to save space on My C drive to install another game.

So after that I will play games thorough SD card.

    IS this possible?

This is what i wanted to know. Thanks for answering me.
