How do I get rid of lennoxworld.azurewebsites.net pop up virus?

My brother used my laptop and clicked allow on a site when it asked him to verify if he was a human. In the photo I linked, It keeps popping up and I do not know how to get rid of it. Every time I click no, it takes me to another site. Please help

    Hello guys,

    I found out how to get rid of it. I just went to Microsoft edge setting and went to “cookies and site permissions” and clicked on “manage and delete cookies and site data” and deleted the whole thing 👍

    (I should've done that in the first place 😔)
