I have brand new headphones, and tried to pair them with my iphone.   No luck.  Tried factory  and firmware resets - no luck,  Removed and attempted to repair them to my iPhone.  Same thing.....  VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Who do I contact about this?

Thanks

    Hi AcuppaJoe,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your inquiry.

    We suggest the methods below:

    • Have you set up your Surface Headphones 2+ on the Surface Audio App? Make sure your headphones are turned on. If they’re not on, press and release the power button quickly to turn them on. > Open the Surface Audio app. > In the Surface Audio app, under Surface Headphones, tap Connectand follow the instructions.
    • Update the Surface Headphones 2+. Set up your Surface Headphones in the Surface Audio app (install the Surface Audio app on the apple play store) > Open theSurface Audio app, then tap Settings next to Surface Headphones. > In Device Settings, tap Updates. Tap Continue anyway if you want to update your headphones using your phone instead of on your PC using a USB cable, which is faster. > If an update is available, tap Update Now. To check for updates anytime, tap Check for updates.
