Microsoft surface pro 9, Roblox Jump issue

I bought Microsoft surface pro 9, when playing Roblox without external keyboard but using touch keyboard, I can make the character move but just cannot make it jump by pressing “space”. May I know is it this device is defect product

    I am aware of the problem you're having with your Surface device, which prevents you from using the space bar key to make the character jump when you're using the touch keyboard to play Roblox. I am here to help and let us work on this together. Allow me to ask a question.

    • Would you please let me know if the issue only occurs when playing Roblox?
    • May I know which Surface pro 9 processor do you have, the Intel or 5G(SQ3)?

    You may try the following steps below to troubleshoot your device.

    Run Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and check any Windows updates available.

    To check for updates: to Settings >> Windows updates >> Check for updates.

    Modify Roblox's settings.

    1. Open Settings in Roblox.
    2. Select Movement mode and set it as default keyboard.

    Run the system file checker to check if there are corrupted system files that are just looping around causing this kind of issue to exist.  See Using System File Checker in Windows - Microsoft Support.

    Repair Roblox app.

    1. Open Settings and select Apps.
    2. Look for Roblox app and click on advanced options.
    3. Click repair. Open the app and see if problem persist,

    Hi only for Roblox game, if playing without attached keyboard and mine is Intel i5

    I appreciate you for confirming. If problem only happen when playing Roblox, you may need the direct help with the app developer to get proper guidance on how to properly fix the issue. There might be a possible software updates within the app are needed to fix it. You may reach out to Roblox support.
