    Hi Daniel,

Welcome to Microsoft Community. To turn off Smart Charge on your Surface Pro 10 for Business, please follow these steps:

    1. Select Start  and open the Surface app.  Tip: If you can't find the Surface app on your Surface, you might need to install it from the Microsoft Store. Get the Surface app
    2. Select Battery & charging and from the Smart charging section, select Charge to 100%.

If you are unable to find the Smart Charge option in the Surface app, you may need to update your Surface device to the latest version of Windows. You can do this by going to Start, selecting Settings, then Windows Update. If there are any updates available, please install them and check if the Smart Charge option appears in the Surface app.

    hi

I have a Lenovo slim 2 in 1 and it is windows and I am unsure of how to turn off smart charging cause I need a full battery for school so I am unsure. I have logged on to the surface app and all it says is explore surface and nothing about battery and when I have gone on to settings on battery it just says smart charging is on and doesn't where to turn it on. I have tried searching it up on the company's website and I cant find anything. I have also tried updating my computer multiple times and it didn't work. Please help.

    Kind Regards,

    Mikayla
