Hello, I believe the device responsible for touch control is damaged. It could be the touchpad or the screen – I can't diagnose it because pop-up windows keep appearing, making it impossible to work. Currently, I've disabled these functions in Device Manager to be able to do anything on the computer.

    Hello Piotr Karbownik,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Based on your current description, it's difficult to determine whether this is a hardware failure or a system issue.

I recommend trying the following troubleshooting methods:

1.Go to Settings > Windows Update, check for available updates, and update your system.

2.Force shutdown by holding the power button and then restart.

3.Download and install the drivers suitable for your Surface model using the link below.

After installing the drivers, please force shut down your Surface by holding the power button, then restart it to check if the  Surface starts working.

    1. You may consider backing up all your data and then restoring your Surface to its factory state by creating and using a USB recovery drive.

(Note: This process will erase all data on your Surface.)

If none of the above methods solve the problem, please submit your repair request via the link below.

I hope this information helps. If you have any updates, feel free to let me know—I’ll be here to help.

    Best regards,
