What to do? Costumer service ignoring and not providing a solution.

Hi all

I've been waiting for a solution to my issue for two months and I think they are just waving it until I forget it. What can I do not?

Devise Issue: Surface laptop Go not charging (only via USB-C).

Logistics Issue: I requested via Microsoft tools and I was supposed to send the device using UPS. And there is the problem... I live in the island of Madeira, Portugal, there is NO UPS.

I went twice through the chat with the customer service people, no solutions were provided, and even worse... I have been left "on read" via email since Jan 31st no updates or anything.

And while I admit I got frustrated by the lack of efficiency. I suggested the following, I could send the device using one of the companies here (DHL) and they could refund me the money. But no reply...

So, now I have a defective device with no chance of being repaired unless I take a flight to another city ... What an amazing solution right?

So What can it be done?, for starters, I would love to report these people because they are just not willing to provide a solution. And what about the device... admit defeat?
