Check Warranty Page - ROBO SelfServe Portal (surface.com), Manage your Surface warranty & service requests - Surface | Microsoft Learn or possibly Surface Management Portal - Surface | Microsoft Learn

However, I noticed you posted in Surface Pro 5th generation. If this is a SP5, it is discontinued and definitely out of warranty. There are no out of warranty repairs/replacements either. Sorry.

    Hi Frankie,

Sounds like this a commercial device for a business. This is easily done in the Surface Support Portal. More information is at Manage your Surface warranty & service requests - Surface | Microsoft Learn. If needed, you can also follow the Check device warranty status link on that page.

If this not actually a commercial device, you can check your device warranty using the steps at Surface warranty: FAQ - Microsoft Support

    Hope this helps,

    Greg
