Netflix not working on surface duo

Play store says it not compatible I tried to get help from Netflix and they said to side load it but when I launch it it says that this device is not working compatable. Any have Netflix working on there's?

    The ball is clearly in Microsoft's court to get this issue -- the inability to update the OS is probably the root cause to the Netflix issue -- solved. Microsoft?

    I guess I would contact Microsoft support stating that the OS will not update, and that you have already performed a factory reset.

    Netflix is working properly on my Duo. App version is 7.117.0 build 4 35575. Last app update was August 19, 2021.

    Hello,

    Could you let me know if you have the Unlocked or the AT&T Locked version of the Duo?

    Hi RowdyBedsaul,
    You should be able to resolve this by doing the following...

    1. Close the Google Play Store app
    2. Open the Settings app.
    3. Tap Apps and notifications
    4. Tap See all apps (blue link below the recent apps)
    5. Tap Google Play Store
    6. Tap Storage & cache
    7. Tap Clear cache
    8. Tap Clear storage
    9. Tap OK to Delete app data
    10. Open the Google Play Store and search for the Netflix app.

    Note: If for some reason you do not see the Netflix app listed after step 10 above, on your Duo in a web browser search for the Netflix Android app or click the link below. It will then open the Google Play Store to the Netflix app page and you should be able to install it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.netflix.mediaclient&hl=en&gl=us
