Hello,

I purchased my surface pro and pen in December 2018 in Singapore and hence my devices are still under warranty.

Im currently in the UK studying till June and it seems that my surface pen tip came loose and has gone missing.

I have been searching high and low on the online websites but have been getting redirected in loops.

I would like to ask for a proper channel for me to contact a support team to kindly request for replacement pen tips.

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Charging £22 for 3 tiny rubber/plastic tips is gouging the customer. This kind of practice we expect from Apple. Although Microsoft physical products have never occupied the 'cheap' end of the market they have never been so outrageous as have been seen with the recent surface line-up. Even £10 for this replacement would be extortionate !!

Yes, it is too much $$, especially when back when Microsoft was selling the

Surface Pro *3* Pens, you could phone support for replacements and they would

send you a 2-pack for free. (Those tips don't fit the newer pens, only the

Surface Pro 3 pens). However, all I can do to assist is point out that now they

are not free and where to buy them.
