    Hey Yog! My name is Jason, Kindly try Force Restart

    Press and hold both Power and Volume Up buttons together for 15–20 seconds, then release. Wait 10 seconds, then press Power again. then check the power button again

    Thank you, Jason. That worked, the touch screen hasn't been working for some time, now the keyboard isn't working, hence I cannot log into the device as it requires a pin. Any thoughts on next steps?

    Thank you. It appears that the keyboard is bad, one issue resolved. Still need to resolve the touch screen.
