I can use the default french input, but not other layouts like bépo even though I successfully added it. And English is still there even though deleted. You can type English using a french layout but not vice versa! Just got the spx , first impression is so good but never thought its this problem that made it unusable..

Here are some additional questions I want to ask.

    • What country did you bought your Surface Pro X from? Is it the UK, US, Canada, France, or China?
    • Is it the Surface Pro X SQ1 or SQ2?

    Hi john,

I just learned from Reddit (u/[4rt3m0rl0v](https://www.reddit.com/user/4rt3m0rl0v/)) that although Microsoft’s app let me install the keyboard layout, and it shows up in language settings. The problem is that selecting it doesn’t do anything. Windows on ARM isn’t able to execute the .dll, I guess because of some limitation in Wow64. So there's no real solution to it for now. I have to return the Spx. Hopefully, you can fix this in the future. Thank you.
