"Disc Soft Bus Not Running" and had to "force turn-on" my device

"Disc Soft Bus Not Running" pop-up after turning on my surface 10 (running on Windows 11). What does that mean? I also had to "force turn-on" my device while holing de stard button for 20 seconds. Are these two things related?

    When did this issue started?

    Any changes made on the device prior to this happen?

    Can you provide a picture of what the error looks like after turning on your Surface device?

    For the meantime, Run Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and make sure to check Windows updates including optional updates if available.
