Storage issue on Microsoft surface laptop 4

Hi,

I purchased a Microsoft surface laptop 4 with 512Gb storage, 03 months back. And using it for office purposes, recently I saw that there is a sudden spike in storage consumption and the disk is almost full. Also, I didn't install any heavy apps as such.

Please advise how to check or get it rectified, please note I tried all the methods from Microsoft website for freeing up the disk space.
