There is a 12v charger from Griffin on the officially licensed Surface site at Products - Surface Catalog (licensedhardware.azurewebsites.net). However, I don't think you mean to be asking about 12v charging as a good quality (pure sinewave) inverter converts the electricity to regular household current and any device you plug into it wouldn't know the difference. It is worth pointing out too, that the Surface Laptop 3 has a USB-C port and is capable of being charged from a USB-C PD charger. Having a good USB-C PD charger in your RV is probably a good choice as you can charge modern phones, tablets, and other things with it as well.
12v charging for Surface Laptop 3
Is it safe to use an inverter to charge my Surface Laptop 3 (model 1873) from leisure batteries in motor home?
If so do Microsoft sell or recommend any such products?
