Surface Duo Android 11 Update

When are you going to update the surface duo to android 11? I am extremely disappointed that it is taking this long. I paid $1400 and it is not getting updated. I feel like I wasted my money putting faith in a large company like yours. If I do not see an update soon, i will never, i repeat NEVER, buy microsoft hardware again.

I feel your pain... My Duo v1 is so buggy now it is hard to use.

I am completely confused as to why they haven't created a Duo Insider's experience like Windows, Office, XBox, they had it on W10mobile.

They should get us out now not later... I hate the excuse... "but we needed a few more weeks to ensure a great experience for Surface Duo customers."... We aren't stupid... This means... And honesty is appreciated... "We currently haven't applied any extra money or staffing to ensure a timely bug free experience and, with mud on our faces already, we delayed the update as we over estimated the talent of the software developers and probably won't be issuing timelines on possible updates in the future. Enjoy the wait! "

That at least would be truthful.
