Black Screen of Death for Surface Book 2

My surface book 2 is like brand new. Everything was working fine, my computer was in sleep mode , and i decide de use again after few hours, it was impossible to turn it back on again. I charge my laptop for few hours through the charging cable. The cable light was ok , but i am still unable to turn on the laptop.

I have done all the different step like using the power and plus button it is still not working. The only thing I can do is detach the screen except than that nothing works.

I have put a lot of trust in Microsoft and I have very important files in my laptop that I cannot afford to loose.

Can someone help me please to get my laptop back on?

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community. I'm sorry to hear about this issue on your device. I understand how frustrating it is to have such problem. Definitely not the experience we want you to have.

    This might be due to display driver issue. Let's try restarting the graphic drivers on your device by doing this keyboard shortcut: First, press the CapsLock or NumLock key and check whether the status light for the key turns on. Then, press Windows logo key + CtrlShiftB. If Windows is responsive, you’ll hear a short beep and the screen will blink or dim while Windows attempts to refresh the screen.

    Let me know how it goes so that I could provide alternative workarounds. I'll wait for your response.

    I have same issue, it blinks when recommended process is done but it does not resolve issue. Any advice?
