This might be due to display driver issue. Let's try restarting the graphic drivers on your device by doing this keyboard shortcut: First, press the CapsLock or NumLock key and check whether the status light for the key turns on. Then, press Windows logo key + Ctrl+ Shift+ B. If Windows is responsive, you’ll hear a short beep and the screen will blink or dim while Windows attempts to refresh the screen.
