Hello Team,
We have recently procured 5 Surface Book 3 (15 inch) & one of the machine is misbehaving with heating issue & Fan also makes noise. We have done below troubleshooting steps.
- Firmware & Drivers Update
- Windows update ( Version - 21h1, Build 19043.1237)
- Updated Nvidia Drivers
- Tried other Docks same issue
- Without Dock works fine
- Updated Dock firmware
- CPU usage 100% while docked
- Changed Power settings
