Problem

I was on the Windows Insider track. I used the Windows 10 Medial Update Tool to install a fresh install of the stable 2004 release. Unfortunately, this update did not install the Surface Pro 3 firmware. I then went to the following link and there is no firmware available for the new release at this link

Specifically, there is no firmware for 19041.264 build. The current release.

Symptoms of Issue

The windows hello camera doesn't work. Touch doesn't work. Surface Pen is useless.

Request

Firmware for the current stable release of Windows 10 for surface. This issue needs to be rectified as soon as possible.

***Moved from Windows 10/Performance & system failure***

Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826 if you have
a Surface PRO 3 and download and run SurfacePro3_Win10_18362_1902002_0.msi
That is the most recent available and it will install any missing Surface
    specific drivers.
