Hi Grzegorz Duszyk,
Greetings!
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.
I'm sorry to hear about the USB error when connected.
- Does the error happen to all USB-Cs?
- When you go to device manager, do you see any error for the USB-C driver?
Please perform the methods below:
- Try to check and clean the USB-C port of your Surface.
- Check the settings for new Windows updates.
- Run the System File Checker **** and Surface Diagnostic Toolkit.
- Install the drivers package manually.
- Check the specific OS build of your Windows Settings> System> About.
- Download the driver and firmware for Surface, choose Surface Pro 7 and click download on the next page.
- Please choose the .msi file that matches your current OS Build and click Next.
- After the download, runand installthe .msi then Restart the Surface Device
Let me know how this goes.
