Can we perform diagnosis without logging into the device?

    Hello, MichaelMikeM.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

After reading what you posted, I noticed that your current devices seem to be affected by some group policy that logs in accounts that they are not authorized to access. It is very difficult to diagnose this without logging into the device.

As community support, we do not have direct access to the specifics of your company's group policies. This is a more specific incident.

You should check with your company's IT staff at the moment for specific information to figure out why this is happening.

Additionally, the Surface Support team has a dedicated service channel for Business Edition users, allow me to share the following link here:

Contact Surface Support for Business and Education customers - Surface | Microsoft Learn

Technical support geared towards business teams can provide more targeted solutions to such issues and would be a good option.

These are some of the information I can share with you at this time.

Thank you for your interest in the Microsoft community.

    Best Regards.
