Wells Fargo Panini Scanner with Surface Pro X

can we not use the surface pro X with our bank panini scanner? it will not find the drivers i have downloladed help what can i do no longer have a desk top

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your inquiry.   

    Surface Pro X is a Windows 10 ARM based device. 64-bit (x64) apps would need emulation support to run. Without 64-bit emulation, only 64-bit (ARM64), 32-bit (ARM32) or 32-bit (x86) (using x86 emulation) apps/drivers will run on the device. Please contact the app developer support to check if an ARM compatible version of the app/driver is available. You may see this page for more details:  Surface Pro X apps compatibility.
