Surface Pro 2 Compatibility with new Type covers

Hi, I am still using Surface Pro 2, 128 GB. But now a days few of the keys of Type Cover 2 are not working. I tried all troubleshooting and realising that it needs to be changed. Surface Pro 2 and Type cover 2 both are out of warranty now.

My question is :

Whether I can use type cover of Surface Pro 6/7 with Surface Pro 2 ?

Are the latest type covers pin compatible with Pro 2 Type Cover ?
