How to fix surface pro 3 in boot loop

My surface pro 3 was just fine until some 8 hours ago when it could not boot into windows.

It starts with diagnosing and then says it could not fix the issue. I've tried everything I've seen online.

Restarting it has not help.

I've used the command prompt to execute sfc, dism, bootrec, etc. Still didn't work.

Tried to return to a restore point: I had one. It started and after a while, it failed. Said there wasn't enough space. Now that one restore point is no longer available. It says there are no restore points.

Tried to refresh the system but said there wasn't enough space for that. I have some 13gb free.

Chkdsk was no errors

Bootrec did not see the os

Safe mode does not work either. Takes me straight to the diagnosis place and starts all over again.

Not sure what to do anymore. How do I fix this? It is a surface pro 3 i7 with 512gb hd.

Any working solution will be greatly appreciated.

if refresh didn't work, you will need to try a reset.

If you have trouble with that, you an try from a USB recovery drive

    https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/warranty-service-and-recovery/usbrecovery

if that doesn't work, you need to contact support and exchange your device.
