Can't select full onscreen keyboard/use arrow or tab keys

Hi,

When using the on screen keyboard, if I select the icon in the bottom right-hand corner to change keyboard mode the 4th one for full keyboard is greyed out. This means I can't use tab or arrow keys and so on without a physical keyboard.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Cheers

Guy

The full keyboard must first be turned on in Settings>Devices>Typing. The option is under the "Touch keyboard" section called "Add the standard keyboard layout as a touch keyboard option".

In Settings>Devices>Typing,  turn on  "Add the standard keyboard as a touch keyboard option"
