A new problem with my Duo... Now, every time y close my Duo, both screens stay on, is not locking the phone at all. I restarted and is not working. Looks like every day something new comes out. Microsoft needs to work harder to fix these problems, is getting so annoying.

    Hello,

Could you please let me know the following:

Are you using the Your phone app?

What is your current setting for screen timeout? You can find this in settings > display

Is this happening on battery, when plugged in, or both?

Could you let me know the build number for your device? You can find this under settings > about

    Using Youtube App.

Screen timeout after 2 minutes of inactivity

    Happening on battery

    Build: 2020.910.72

(BTW, now my screen is not locking or turning off when I close my Duo, it stays on.)

I would like to see if you areable to perform a reset on the device and see if the issue is still persistent?

I've been doing reset in my phone with each new error and does not work. I can't do it every time this happens.
