Unable to load "Switch Out of S Mode" screen in Microsoft Store

I recently purchased a Microsoft Surface Go for travel, and although I'm enjoying it thus far there is a need to switch out of S Mode to install one or two additional programs. I've followed all of the steps to reach the "Switch Out of S Mode" screen in the Microsoft Store, however, the page never loads. Instead, it shows a blank store screen. Is there any other method to reach this area of the store?

Additionally, I've tried prior to updating Windows and after updating Windows with no luck.

So, i thought this might be a wider problem. Looks like a lot of people have it!

Mine is now fixed. Shortly after posting i got their support to contact me. After an hour it was escalated and yesterday i got a call from a tier 2 support. He accessed my Surface go remotely and the issue was an older version of Windows 10 (s) was installed. So he had to manually install the latest version, then fully reset the machine to factory settings (keeping the new windows installed).

I had to go through the setup again as you would out of the box, but then going to settings>activation>clicking the link worked! I was able to see the right store page and click get, and now I'm finally out of S mode.

Hopefully, you guys at Microsoft can actually be made aware of this and sort it. For anyone else frustrated, I would recommend actually getting in contact and explaining what you think the problem is, was an easy fix. The tier 2 guys was only on the phone to me for 10 mins and it was all him doing the work really.

EDIT: Just seen that "Marking as "Answered" to raise visibility for now." post. What a disgrace, how about you fix the problem before doing this. Then people won't need to post, and then you won't need to raise visibility.  Absolute weapon.

Looks like there are some "me too's" on this issue. Are you still having this

    problem or has it cleared?

Hi, yes I'm still having issues with this. Going for about 5 hours now. I've  done all system updates and also all windows store app updates. Still get a blank windows store page.
