Thank you for bringing this question to us. We understand you want to pair your speaker to your Surface Pro. We will do our best to help you here. If you have a lot of devices connected to your Surface, please try removing them first. You can add them back once you pair the speaker. You should also check the compatibility of this speaker with Pro (Please see the solution 5 below.) We will suggest trying the following solutions:
- Solution 1: Check the batteries
- Solution 2: Turn the Bluetooth device off and back on
- Solution 3: Restart Bluetooth wireless connectivity
- Solution 4: Restart your Surface
- Solution 5: Check the compatibility of your Bluetooth device
- Solution 6: Make sure your Bluetooth device is paired with Surface
- Solution 7: Make sure there's nothing interfering with Bluetooth connectivity
- Solution 8: Install the latest updates for Surface and your Bluetooth device
- Solution 9: Run an automated troubleshooter
- Reset this speaker if you have the option to do so. Please read its manual for details.
