Enable Battery Limit __without__ restarting?

Is there an easy way to enable battery limit for Surface WITHOUT restarting the device?

The methods described here either require restarting (inconvenient) or very technical and complicated Powershell_Scripts & Enterprise Management Mode.

Alternatively, could anyone be so kind and provide a step by step on how to use Powershell_Scripts & Enterprise Management just for enabling/disabling the battery limit in Surface Go 1?

Battery Limit is a UEFI setting. I know there were some Enterprise customers using PowerShell to roll out one time configuration changes to UEFI for SP3 devices like password protecting UEFI as described in the docs, but I've not heard of anything else meant for a single device or for other devices.

This is the process to use:

If you have a business need for this, contact Surface for Business Support https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/contact-surface-support?tabs=phone - ask specifically for Surface Support for Business and also file a suggestion using the Feedback Hub App.
