    Hi Ayman Gaffoor,

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community. I understand that you spilled juice on your Microsoft Surface Go 3 keyboard. Based on your description, it seems that the liquid has affected the mechanism of the keys, causing them to lose their tactile feedback and travel. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

    1. Turn off your Surface Go and detach the keyboard from the device. This will help prevent any further damage to your device.
    2. Clean the keyboard with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any excess liquid. Be sure to avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the keyboard.
    3. If the keys are still not working properly, you can try using a can of compressed air to blow out any remaining liquid or debris that may be causing the issue.

If the issue persists, you may need to replace the keyboard. However, liquid damage is not covered by the Standard Manufacturer's Warranty. An out of warranty replacement option with a fee will be offered for this case. Another option is to purchase a new keyboard from the Microsoft Store or an authorized reseller. You may reach out to our live support also for assistance regarding with the replacement options for your keyboard. You can reach them through these steps below:
