Surface Pro 7 - Refund after the 60 day return period

Hello to the Microsoft team,

So I bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 a few months ago, and during the first few days, the Surface Pro was already glitchy and had serious display issues! However, I loved the device too much and decided to overlook the issue and to keep the device. Fast forward 6 months later, my surface pro 7 completely crashes then can't turn on without me ever dropping the device or having any water damage. (I bought a really good heavy duty case + glass screen protector too!) So I sent it back to Microsoft for repair. They didn't even try to fix my original device and just sent me an old refurbished one. Today is my first day using this replacement Surface 7, and it's already crashing after updates!!

At this point, I'm too tired to deal with this anymore. Is there any way I can get a refund after the 60 days return period and be done with Microsoft Surface products? The bigger issues only started after those 60 days. I want to return the replacement surface pro I received and to buy a different laptop. Although the touch screen feature is really fun for drawing, it really isn't worth the hassle.
