Artefacts on the Surface screen

Hi,

After one day of usage the device the artifacts appeared on the Surface screen. It seems they appeared at the moment of starting the video playback, but I'm not sure. Here is the demonstration video attached: http://sdrv.ms/1dW5eX6

I tried to reset it to manufacturer defaults, tried to install the latest updates, tried to play with screen resolution - no luck

Did anyone face with this kind of issue?

Is it hardware defect?

    I'm also having problems with screen artifacts on my Surface RT.

    But there is also distortion on mine.

    You should probably ask to Support. I resolved mine there
