Surface book 2 fan is continuoualy running and now the laptop is not turning on.

My laptop model surface book 2. One battery is not showing on the screen and the screen could not detach as it said it is already detached and keyboard is not working and the fan is spinning. After 2 hours of fan running, battery charge has run out and the laptop turned off. Then another 3 hours, the fan kept spinning. Then the fan stops. But now the laptop is not turning on. What should I do now? I am charging again and again. The charger light shows that it is charging. But the laptop is not turning on

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community and I'm sorry to hear that your Surface Book 2 is not turning on.

Please try first to disconnect all extra peripherals from the device including SD cards and USB drives then connect the charger and confirm that the tip is lit. Once done, perform a force shutdown on the device by pressing and holding down the power button for 20 seconds. After releasing the power button, wait for around 10 seconds then tap the power button again and see if the Surface turns on.

If in case the Surface turns on, please proceed in checking the Surface drivers' health through the Surface app then run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit as this would also run some checks on the device including updates. See: Fix common Surface problems using the Surface app and Surface Diagnostic Toolkit - Microsoft Support. After running the tool, check again for Windows Updates in Windows Settings > Updates & Security to make sure that all updates are installed including Optional updates then check if the issues with the battery and fan persists.

I have detached it manually. Now the upper part is working but the keybord part is not working. I am now using it as a tab.

How can I solve it? No key or touchpad are working
