Hi Microsoft Community,

I would like to ask if it's possible to have Microsoft to change my battery which is still within warranty period.

My Surface Laptop 4 battery has started to show immense deterioration, just 6 hours screen on time, from previously 10 hours with the same normal office use case.

After half a year, it's battery capacity now is 41,910 mWh of 45,800 mWh originally (131 cycle count).

Hence, my question is: until how many cycle count is Microsoft willingly assist to help to change my SL4 battery for free (because it's still under warranty)?

Best regards,

Melvin H.
