I requested service for my faulty Surface type cover. I received a label, sent the device in for repair through UPS, and saw that my device arrived at the service center on 12/5. On 12/7 I received a notification that my order has been cancelled. I cannot find a way to contact anyone at Microsoft. I have no idea what the status and location of my faulty device is that I sent in for repair. If there are any admins that see this please reach out to me.

    Have you created the order online by yourself or was it through the help of our live support team?
