Hi Ngan Nguyen1,
Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community. We appreciate for sharing your concern to us.
- Does the Chinese language only show on the Widget bar?
Kindly try the following steps below and troubleshoot your device.
It might be necessary to restart in order for the settings changes you made to take effect.
Force the device to shut down and restart.
Press and hold down the power button until your Surface shuts down and restarts and you see the Windows logo screen (about 20 seconds), then release the power button.
Here's how to Change the language settings.
The display language you select changes the default language used by Windows features like Settings and File Explorer.
- Select Start > Settings > Time & language > Language & region.
- Choose a language from the Windows display languagemenu.
Remove extra language packs or keyboard languages.
- Select Start> Settings > Time & language > Language & region.
- Under Preferred languages, select the language you want to remove, and then select Remove.
- To remove an individual keyboard, select the language (see step 2), select Options, scroll down to the Keyboards section, select the keyboard you want to remove, and select Remove.
The troubleshooting can be found at Manage the input and display language settings in Windows - Microsoft Support.
I hope these works. Let me know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Lavenia
